Until recently, Appendix B was a mysyterious part of the compact, that no one was able to put their hands on.
We have now located what we believe to be a valid copy of Appendix B. The below is a scan of what we have and for now, we'll leave it up to you to conclude what it says.

PFUSA Grange generally meets on the second Saturday of each month at 10:00AM. The location of the meetings alternate between northern California and southern Oregon.
